the welcome drink was a nice touch. the food tasted great (especially the breakfast buffet!).
The adult-only pool was not enforced. Families with kids were there. also, it was difficult to find available sunbeds near the pool.

the grounds were fine. the groundskeepers maintained the gardens meticulously (it reminded me of paradise!).
the gym lacked some equipment. i also found the adults-only pool wasn't always enforced, a family entered that pool with their kids.
